Dust Suppression

Industry Process

Certain industry processes generate a fair amount of dust during its production, which forces manufacturers to comply and meet the EPA PM 10 standards for dust suppression. Traditional dust suppression involves installing and implementing expensive systems.

CalCool offers high-pressure fine fog system that addresses the above problems economically with performance effectiveness. In addition, each system is tailors designed and build for a specific application based on the type of dust and the processes that produce it.

Waste Transfer

CalCool dust suppression system is invaluable of waste transfer facilities. Our system atomizes ordinary water into the dust environment, which make the dry dust particles absorb the water droplets causing them to increase in weight and cohesiveness. This causes the dust particles to settle out of the air either returning back into the waste material or settle to the ground.

Our system suppresses dust without wetting, in fact only the dust get wet. The system cost is a fraction of traditional dust extraction equipment and avoids the moisture problems of common spray type system.
